Felony Trial Team 2 (199th/429th District Courts)

Bill Dobiyanski, Chief, is a 1990 graduate of the University of Tulsa School of Law.  Mr. Dobiyanski joined the Collin County District Attorney’s Office in 1991 and began his legal career as a misdemeanor prosecutor.  Mr. Dobiyanski was promoted to intake chief, misdemeanor court chief, and felony prosecutor ultimately becoming felony court chief in 1996 and Trial Team Chief in 2003.

Kelly Crowson graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She received her Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Texas Tech University in 2004. During law school, she served on the Texas Tech Law Review and Board of Barristers. She practiced civil litigation defense in El Paso, Texas before coming to the District Attorney's office in 2006.

Blake Glover, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baker University in Baldwin City, KS, earning his degree in Business Management. He then went on to receive his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in May of 2007, graduating Cum Laude. While in law school, he competed on the Buffalo Mock Trial team, the National Trial Competition team, and the Georgetown White Collar Crime Mock Trial team. He also had internships with the Denton County District Attorney's Office, the Dallas County District Attorney's Office, and the Collin County District Attorney’s Office. Mr. Glover began working for the Collin County District Attorney’s Office in September of 2007.

Investigator Brandon Clegg began his Law Enforcement career in 1992 by attending the East Texas Police Academy at Kilgore Jr. College and received his Basic Peace Officer certification in April 1992. In June of 1992 he began his career as a Patrolman and Investigator for Clarksville Police Department. In December of 1997 at Mineola Police Department he was cross-trained to be a State Certified Firefighter at the Kilgore College Fire Academy where he was awarded the Salutatorian award and his Basic Firefighter certification as well as an Emergency Medical Technician License. Investigator Clegg has served on SWAT teams and has been a Police Instructor and Firearms Instructor for 12 years. In June of 2005 he received his Master Peace Officer certification. He started in April of 2005 at the Collin County District Attorney's Office and is currently assigned to the prosecution team for the 199th District Court. He is the proud father of two daughters.

Felony Investigator Samme Glasby currently serves as Investigator for the 219th Judicial District Court. She began her career with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office in 1991. Mrs. Glasby holds many certifications in law enforcement and is working on her Criminal Justice Degree at Cedar Valley College.

Mrs. Bilderback graduated with honors from the Executive Secretarial School in 1992 where she received her Executive Administrative Assistant Certificate/Diploma. She joined the Collin County District Clerk's Office in January 1997 where she worked as the Clerk for the 219th Judicial District Court. Mrs. Bilderback came to the Collin County District Attorney's Office in April 2001 as a Misdemeanor Secretary for County Court at Law #3. Shortly thereafter, she was promoted to the Felony section of the District Attorney's Office where she is currently a Felony Trial Team Secretary for two Felony Courts. Mrs. Bilderback continues to utilize her extensive knowledge of the District Clerk's system to excel in her performance at her current position.

Mrs. Frye began working for the Collin County DA's Office in February, 2008 as a receptionist in the main courthouse. After six months, she was promoted to Intake Secretary, and then to Legal Secretary I. She is currently assigned to the Family Justice Division, Juvenile Section, and assists in the Felony Trial Division.
