Operations Division
The Operations Division handles all administrative duties and serves to support the District Attorney, the First Assistant District Attorney and the Chief Investigator. The Administrative Office Manager is in charge of this Division and supervises her administrative assistant and all other secretaries and support staff.
This Division is responsible for all employee time records and other personnel
matters, including the keeping of files and records of each employee,
and all aspects of the financial operations of the office as well as the
administration of its budget, inventory and supplies. All official travel
and accommodations for employees, witnesses, and others, including payment
and reimbursement, are administered by this Division. Training, continuing
education, and assignments for all secretaries and support staff are administered
and supervised under the direction of the Administrative Office Manager.
Mrs. Bridges is the Administrative
Office Manager and heads the Operations Division. She holds an Accounting
Technician Certificate Degree from Richland College and did accounting
work for a CPA office for ten years. Mrs. Bridges began working
for Collin County in 1988 where she worked for the county sheriff,
the first human resources department in the Sheriff’s Office,
the Collin County Human Resources Department (where she oversaw
the county payroll) and for Collin County’s first Risk Manager.
In 1993, Mrs. Bridges became the Senior Secretary at the Medical
Examiner’s Office, where she worked for ten years before she
was hired on January 1, 2003 by the District Attorney to lead the
Operations Division.

Mrs. Mooneyham is the Administrative Assistant to Mrs. Bridges and the District Attorney. Mrs. Mooneyham has worked as a legal secretary since 1988 in the corporate, civil and criminal law fields. Mrs. Mooneyham began working in the Collin County DA's Office in 2001, where she was rapidly promoted to her current responsibilities as the Administrative Assistant. Mrs. Mooneyham has been employed in that capacity since May, 2002.
Amanda Allen graduated in December 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising and minor in Marketing. She began her career with the District Attorney's office in June 2008 as the Project Coordinator for the District Attorney.
Adrien Poe is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at Texas A&M Commerce University. Prior to joining the Collin County District Attorney's Office in April 2009, she worked as a legal assistant exercising her knowledge in civil, criminal, and social security law.
